Errors, dead links, or something that still did not make sense — all welcome. This page also puts the things we cannot help with in the open.
Writing to us
Contact email: [email protected]. This is the only way to reach us. We run no support desk on any messaging app and we never message anyone first.
If you spot an error or something that has gone out of date, send the page address and the specific spot along with it — that makes checking much faster. Anything confirmed goes onto the corrections page with the date and what changed.
What we will reply to
- Factual errors, descriptions that no longer match reality, and broken links.
- Anything that was not explained clearly enough — that kind of feedback is the most useful thing we get.
- Topics you would like covered that are not here yet.
What we cannot help with
Setting the boundary so nobody waits for nothing:
- Account problems — we are not an exchange, and we can neither see nor touch anyone's account. Passwords, verification, withdrawals: those go through the platform's official ticket system.
- Recovering funds — we cannot do this, and nor can essentially anyone else who claims to. The legitimate routes are a police report and a platform ticket, neither of which charges a fee; see the playbooks piece.
- Investment advice — what to buy, when, and whether it is worth it. We do not answer those, and we would suggest not trusting anyone who does.
- Operating anything for you — we will never operate an account for anyone, and we will never ask for your account details.
We only receive messages through the method published on this page. We never message anyone first, never approach people on social platforms in this site's name, and will never ask for a verification code, password or seed phrase. If someone claiming to be us contacts you, it is not us.
