Work out what crypto is before you put money in

This site will not teach you to get rich. It does something more useful: it translates the jargon into ordinary language, lays out the traps beginners fall into before you meet them, and then walks you through opening a first account safely. If you finish and decide not to bother, that is fine too — at least you will follow the conversation, and nobody will talk you into anything.
